Parents Should Do For The Kids

In my previous post, I did mentioned about the 3 criteria that contributes to the success of someone in career. Let's just recap,

1. expand their social network
2. building the rapport
3. act like a professional

As I mentioned, these all are closely linked to the attitude. You know that attitude is something that build within ourselves and it developed from the childhood.

Based from what I see, family background is one of the contributor where, an educated parents will continuously motivate their child, giving proper exposure to their child and all these in directly will boost the self esteem of the kids.

Again, I'd like to emphasize on self confidence... it is the key for all.. people with high self esteem know how to carry their self and they will have the confident to talk to people and voice out their opinion.. All these are crucially important for them when they grown up and face the reality life...

That should be developed in the early stage of life.. I'm not saying that we missed the boat and we can't build it up.. yes, we can still build it and groom it at our age now..but bare in mind, if it's developed since our childhood time, it's way easier..

So, let's ...

1. Motivate our child, give enough support to them, tell them that they are doing good because it's your role to boost their confidence

2. Compliment their success even a small accomplishment that they did... because a single compliment can give thousand motivation to the kids to do more

3.  Let them play and mingle with friends because they will learn to share, tolerate and react to crisis and problem

4.  Allow them to do what they like because from there they learn and explore their talent

5. Listen when the talk as this is how they learn to voice out and speak out their opinion and in directly it helps them to think and develop their mind

6. Always give advice with reasoning for them to understand and listen to you

So as a parents, help your child today to ease their life in the future...
