Learn To Listen

Everyday people talking about the skill to speak and voice out their thought.. it's perfect to have that skill but, have you ever think about your skill to listen and understand the information that trying to be conveyed. Are you getting the right message if you are interjecting before people even finish their words.. can the message be delivered if you do so?

Conveying information require two way of communication, interjecting is very rude and it might deliver different interpretation and wrong message...

Allowing people to finish their words is something smart to be practised. it portrays your attitude, background and intelligent..  If you are a leader, it's something important for you to have this skill... This practice will allow you to understand the message as a whole and again it will help the speaker to feel being respected..

How would you feel if someone interjecting you when you speak.. especially when you are trying to convey important message.. how to handle this Know-It-All person?

Well, I would say, we are surrounded with Know-It-All person and they are just everywhere.. even sometimes, we don't realize that we are like that..

So observe ourselves and lets learn to listen skilfully and be someone that people adore and comfortable to talk to..
